I really, really really enjoyed drawing these guys from this perspective. It was waaaay harder than i thought to get the legs in the right spots, and im still not 100% sure all the joints are in the right place but... its cute as heck. Not entirely sure that Hathvish having to over extend his back legs to get enough power behind his strokes due to missing half his tail is coming across well, but that was the idea with his legs?

Smol, tiny, itty bitty note, your looking UP from the bottom of a deep crevasse, so your seeing the bottom of the fish as well! The green glow at the top of the trench is the dome, the water is naturally a bit lighter up there in general due to its illumination, but not from any kind of sun beam <3
