5-6 hours of work, in copics, all traditional.It looks a bit streaky in the background, but I really like it anyway.
I think this is my first all-traditional copic piece. No CG at all!
I've done maybe one or two all-traditional pencil drawings. I believe this also marks my third year of drawing stuff manga/anime style!

The coloured lineart really worked well in this. ^^
Hmm, I think I know what you mean by the arms now. The one on the left, from our view, seems to be a bit too short and thin (I have this problem too >_>). The other arm just seems to disappear behind the never ending abyss called her back.

Ikr? I hate drawing arms so much, I just decided to put her right arm behind her back because I didn't want to draw any more arms and I had no clue what to do with them in the drawing. XD
But in my opinion, the her left arm (unless you were talking about her left arm? I'm not sure if you're talking about her left or the viewer's left XD) is too thin and short and I thought that her right arm was too thick and maybe about the right length?
But again, I had no clue what to do with the arms.
Although I definitely agree on the never ending abyss part. XD

I meant from the viewer's view. Maybe it's the hand. Since hands are supposed to be around the size of a face, it looks abnormally small. >_>
Seriously, the anatomy in this picture is really well, I'm just finding the arms off. O_O
And for the never ending abyss, I was just trying to find something witty to say. xD

Well, the head is, as typical with more manga-style, bigger in proportion to the rest of her body. I don't think that the hands would get bigger in proportion to the face in manga styles, because then it would just sort of be this little arm and a huge hand. ^^
I also looked at myself as a reference, and my hand, when I was in this pose, doesn't appear to be bigger than my nose to my chin. It would look smaller because of the position it's in. So that, along with that the head is bigger because it's manga style, might be why.
But I'll try drawing it bigger next time and see if it looks better that way.

Then again, I follow realistic proportions. xD Gosh, according to some of the 'anime people' at my school, my style is more realistic nowadays. o_o

I'm not really friends with any of the "anime people" at my school. There's a couple who I'm kind of friendly with, but most of them are too...idk, obsessed with it.
But your style is considerably more realistic nowadays! Do they mean it with a sort of bad connotation?
I think it's stupid when people fight over "anime vs. realistic" style. It's not that simple, there's all sorts of shades of grey (more than 50 at least XD)

o_o After my brother graduated, over 80% of his class admitted to liking/watching anime. As I met new people and got closer to friends this year, I realized that A LOT more people that I had thought liked anime. O_O
I often see people at my school draw anime, then I show them my stuff, and they;re like, "OH LOLOL I GIVE UP"

Really? I don't know anyone who likes anime, except for a few people... (who, like I mentioned before, I'm mostly not that close with)
Although I can't really find a good anime to watch these days...a lot of the new popular ones are just filled with mary sues and stuff like that. OTL
I don't show anyone my drawings anymore. I don't like the attention, and I don't like it when people say stuff like, "WOW I GIVE UP." I'm like, "well okay I'll just stop drawing now because I've just uninspired someone thank you for ruining my day random person"
I know that they're mostly kidding but seriously, it's quite disheartening to hear.
Anime is really fun to draw! Although I also like doodling realistic noses. XD
Eyes as well...although I've always liked drawing eyes.

And they get angry if I call a drawing they're doing 'anime'. They correct me and say it's manga.

Exactly! We were doing self portraits in art, so whenever someone complemented mine, I was just like, "Oh, Okay, thanks."
It makes me sorta lose respect for them as an artist...
I find noses fun now that I better understand the shape and such. :'D
Same with eyes... I remember a few months ago when I made the eyelashes look like caterpillars.
Though lips... are the death of me...
