from what i'm guessing this takes place in the Tiny Titans verse,where all the side-kicks and titans are in either kindergarten or elementary school.

Robin got a ton of homework from Mr.Trigon (sub-teach) and Superman thought he was crying for help with villains instead of homework. which, in the end, Supes burned it. Slade, the principle for the Side-Kick Elementary give him a replacement which turns out to be more that his original asignment.
