This isn't the real Zero Jerry... its reveiled in... um... on of em that this Zero was a failed clone that went insane and had to be shut down...when he woke up he had no memories...

As a matter of fact, his arms are bent, so that they are on his back.

His fore-arms are re-armored, and fairly bulky. I do not see his arms on his back, above nor below.

The last part on Zero's arm is his elbow.
Of course you aren't seeing his arms on the back, because the forearm is blocking the view from it.
And you don't see them above because that position would only be possible if he had his arms almost completely dislocated.

He's completely deactivated, pretty much the same as a Reploid being "dead". It's kinda like unplugging your computer and having no batteries for it (and then removing parts). The computer has no way of doing (or thinking) anything at all, it is effectively dead, but can be "resurrected".
