It looks like a Moluccan Yellow Monitor (Varanus melinus).

Thanks for the ID, it seems to be correct - a brief search shows Zoo Praha does indeed keep this species, and I've even found a photo that shows what looks like the very same individual (if the patterns on the head are anything to go by) in the very same enclosure (not that you can tell from my pic) - [link]
