Awww!!! 
I use a combination of Prisma markers and pencils. I then use my trusty Prismacolor Colourless Blender and it works wonders!! I also use a pen for my lines (Pilot V5 Hi-TecPoint - nothing special). That's it though! The paper I use is coverstock which is thicker than normal paper and helps give a smoother finish.

I was never a fan of Venusaur because it's kind of fugly. I do really love Bulbasaur and Ivysaur though.
I also remember the anime episode when the Venusaur is going to vine-whip Bulbasaur because it doesn't want to evolve. Kind of scared me as a kid. I can imagine the Venusaur saying "CONFORM! CONFORM!" as it's whipping poor Bulbasaur.
