I'm faving this tho I don't know who that other character is. She's looks lovely too, but it doesn't beat Midna.

you will first need to have gimp (i downloaded the free version)
then color the picture the colors that would be underneath the cloths. once thats done, use the magic wand and select the area the cloths cover.
After that use paint brush at like 25% opacity (found right under were you selcet the type of brush like: subtract, hard light, normal ect.) , then use the biggest brush and do one coat over the section; repeat for as many sections needed.
By doing this it tints the skin to look like she has see through cloths on.
