Woooah... This is pretty deep. O_o But the artwork exemplifies your words by tenfolds....and vice versa.
I suppose your comments are based on the culture and society that you have been brought up....these are things that are not easily expressed in your country, but the merits of human expression and freedom of speech have been taken for granted in North America for a very long time now....all my life.
My parents and forefathers, too, have been brought up very traditional and I too have been preconditioned to look at someone outside our race differently as well. But growing up in a multi-racial, multi-ethnical society allowed me to see past all colors, divisions and religions.
Although we are still facing ethnic and racial tensions everywhere, I find myself somewhat precocious of the fact that ethnic diversity, freedom of expression, is to be heard (though may not necessarily accepted due to personal opinion), I can imagine an individual such as yourself may find the North American culture a bit shocking, and could take some time to getting used to.
