Tenki's quirk allows him to "invert" (change to the opposite ones) the properties and qualities of objects. With objects of biological nature this quirk often works unpredictably for the user so Tenki tries not to use this ability on living objects ( due to the speed of change of qualities of living objects ( living objects are changing always, even if slow ) which can initiate many issues for the quirk owner.
At the very beginning Tenki could invert only one property, but with the growth of the quirk potential this number will be increased first to 3, then to 5 and to 7-9 properties at the peak of his abilities development. All the properties are different and are divided according to types and importance. Tenki can change only one property within one kind (type) of properties.
Example: he can change the size of the object only to the bigger or smaller but not change one half to big and the one to small.
The effect of his quirk depends on the energy expended.

Tenki gets physically tired when he is using it.
The user should be smart, quickmind and well-educated to know which qualities he want to change and which change will provide him the best advantage.
A very risky quirk. The result of inversion can be an advantage and a disadvantage for the user at the same time. Also if the user isn't knowing the quirk of the opponent Tenki can randomly boost them instead of make them weak.
He cannot change the property more than in the volume of his own body x3 (a potentially pumpable skill, albeit limited) and the weight of his own body (the same x3 limit).

When Tenki started to practice over using his quirk on the human sensory system it became obvious that his enemies being under his quirk effect sees him in the inverted colors.
