aww man , don't feel like u can't make one !! thats why i chose a different concept and diamond (she's not just green diamond, she the dresden one) , technically speaking The-Green-Rebellion is an army, not a court   ;  o  ;

and of course, as long as you fill out the relevant application stuff !! 
heres one page to start off:  Application Process !In order to enter the Rebellion, you must apply using a template here:
YOUR GEM CAN BE GREEN, BLUE OR BLACK. ANY OTHER COLOURS WILL BE REJECTED
Alongside the details on the template, the General asks you fill out a further profile in the artists comments:
Brief Outfit Description
Location of Gem
Fusion Dance Style
Previous Allied to (for example, Yellow diamond. If not applicable, don't worry.)
A Fun Fact !
Once you have completed your application, Send it to 'Pending Applications' folder and it will be assessed. Don't be stressed if you are denied, however, the General probably just wants to help clear up some things on your application that don't make sense.

I'll probably make a gem to join the Green Rebellion, but I might also make my own court. I'll do research on it first of course haha. My plan was to have a court open to green, black, and yellow gems mostly, but that could accept gems of other colors as well.
