Description
For those who have forgotten, the Teleac (A public Dutch television network) asked us to make several animations for a television series they're producing about various religious celebrations. Targeted at the multi-cultural teenagers population the age of 13-15 they try to evoke more understanding for eachothers religion and customs through these serie of programs.
The animations fit in to tell the historical/biblical back story of a said celebration in short animations in a style that is appealing for teenagers.

The team where I was part of had to make no less then three animations. Two for the Jewish celebrations of Pesach and Rosh Hasjana and one for the Muslim celebration of offerfeest. Of which I can show one here.
We went for a dry Southpark-ish approach and made it our own. I can’t recall if I ever had worked on something in a team that was more fun than this.
All my teammates made a unique and valuable contribution to this project and made it more entertaining then I ever thought possible.

Last Friday Coen and Ton finally finished off the sound, and it made the animations so much more alive and funny it’s astounding.

A note to my English readers though, the story is spoken out in Dutch, but I think even then it would be quite clear what’s going on if you’re familiar with story since our characters are very visual about it. If you do have questions about the stories don’t hesitate to ask.
