It was, a complete fruitcake: He constantly boasted of having the Green Card of resident in the USA... and always invented a scheme to enter without being detected... the last I knew involved buying forged documents (passport and ID) in Venezuela and trying to enter via Aruba... where he was arrested and passed six months in jail...
