Also, the shaking brushwork on the sleeves, near the neck and overall the lace - just right.

Oh wow.. to me this drawing feels like its kind of alive. The longer i watch, the more it seems to be changing the colors. Or maybe my eyes are just broken

I think its because of the blue and red lines you used!
In film industry they used blue and red “layers“ to create an 3D effect.
Maybe it does the same effect here. My eyes are switching between red and blue, creating 2D in 3D and thats wjy it seems to be living.
