In doing business with me, you agree to all of the following terms

General

- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any point in the process

- Communication will only be done DA Notes

- Once the full amount has been paid, you will receive all full sized, unwatermarked images and their variations

Adoptable Payment Policies

- Payments will be made through Paypal Only

- You will receive no art until payment is made in full

Adoptable Hold Policy

- 48 hour holds are free, but holds exceeding this time require a 10% *non refundable* deposit before that 48 hour window is up, or the design will go up for resale/the next interested party will be contacted

Refund Policies
- General: No refunds after the full amount has been paid

- Holds: All holds are a 10% *non refundable* deposit

Resale Policy
- You my gift or trade designs freely if no money is exchanged

- When reselling the design, you may ask for no more than you paid + the price of any new art

Edits Policy
- You may *manually* edit the works however you please once you own them - this means editing must be done without AI unless you own the commercial rights to the piece

AI Policy
- By purchasing a design, you agree that you will not feed (or knowingly give my art to someone who will feed) any piece of my art into any kind of AI for the purpose of training that AI, the editing/altering of that art, or to create derivatives of that art

- This policy is waived if you buy commercial licensing for the piece. Licensing prices are decided by the piece and begin at 200$usd.

Adoptable Commission Pricing
- Purchased designs receive a 10% discount
