*Honestly this was something I did throughout the course of my school day. So it will later be added to my scraps. I just wanted to get some peoples' opinion on this idea...

The story idea is that Banjo and Kazooie team up with Jolly, Captain Blubber and I was intentionally going to have another character. He's still in development and has no name, so I will not add him.

Banjo and Kazooie get on a boat with this fruitcakes to go to some other island only accessible by sea travel. The boat is kinda small, like, Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker small. (the joke mainly is that they are in a rental boat, rather stealing it)

The ship is a one directional boat with very little steer. As they travel it comes to be that one night there's a dangerous storm. They try to stay under the canopy to avoid rain. They find the waves too rough and turn the engine off and hopefully can sit out the storm. Kazooie is asleep in the bottom part of the ship in the backpack. As thunder and lightning clash to create a pirate's nightmare, it only becomes worse when the evil Gruntilda comes to try and foil them all.

Banjo doesn't want to wake Kazooie so he takes the help he can get from Captain Blubber as Jolly is trying to keep the boat steady.

It isn't long until Gruntilda tries to make an escape on her magicbroom. Banjo tags on and doesn't let her go. The two hit and bash tooth and nail. They are struck by lightning and both plumet to the waters. Through it all Kazooie wakes up and staggers out. When she sees the commotion Captain Blubber and Jolly are making she notices Banjo. She tries to fly for him but the guys tell her its too dangerous and with all the rain her wings will be too wet to fly.

They can't turn back and Banjo drifts away. Kazooie is saddened and through all the rain you can't tell if she's crying.

It comes to be morning and Captain Blubber is discussing with Jolly on if they should turn back and give up. Kazooie refuses and decides to keep going. She now feels this is personal and must do this for her friend.

In the meantime, we are taken to a beach shore where Banjo has been discovered by two young Jinjos (this is when Ash and Petals make their first appearance, basically these two ) and that's where this scene takes place.

After this little meet and greet Banjo passes out from the immense blood from his leg that he so carelessly didn't notice until now. He wakes up to find he is in a more rural and secret Jinjo village. A village that had separated itself from the Jinjo village in the games (this is meant to be the place where Mumbo grew up). From there he gets back on his feet and goes back out to find Kazooie.

That's all that I have down so far, it was pretty hasty and just an idea. Feel free to throw in ideas and say what you want to say.
