Description
A redesign of Congo's arch-Nemesis and the Main antagonist of the Bio-Dread. She is the last of the Von Blitz Clan of Dragons, a group of dragons who learned how to use lightening to their abilities. She resides in a old castle at the eastern edge of the Emerald Forest. She keeps hundreds of orphans like her in care in her castle. A mother figure and a fierce fighter. She also has her own army, led by Maddy and Jason Coldhaven, White Quartz, and her own creation Cerberus.
