Description
Another quick WIP of Vegeta for my game. Higher there is a base form which means when characters levels up it gets other 'base' sprite and with it new transformation. So Vegeta from beggining of saiyan saga has one transformation, in the cell saga he has two. The difference is in part where he can transform to Super Saiyan 2 because he needs to level up to get this transformation.
