I really like the style of it. By the by, how'd you do the background? Backgrounds have a tendency to give me a really hard time. In other news, Bill Cipher's crazy! Wait, is that an eyepatch on his right eye? If so, that's pretty cool. But he's still crazy!

I used one of the pencil tools in the program to do the background, then I did the gold sparklies by hand. And yes, it is an eye patch on his eye. Because Bill only has one eye!
