Description Done for ~emif 's KatsHiro project, #3 of 7. My first attempt at finishing a piece of lineart to this degree of clean. Three words: I Love Illustrator. This was not freehanded in Illustrator, I drew the original image, scanned it, and then slowly traced over it.

Tristan Taylor and Joey Wheeler, from the Japanese cartoon series Yu-Gi-Oh! are the intellectual property of Kazuki Takahashi. These alternate variations on the theme are from Domino Effect RPG.

That's so spiffy! ^^ The pose is very much something that I can see with Joey and Tristan, and...mhnyeah...I'm liking Tristan in the sunglasses. XD
And Joey...fluffy hair...gah. So cute! XD

Very nice, crisp lines, very well cast shadows and shades, everything seems to follow a direct source of light and that's hard to do. Very nice. ^^
And the sketchy box outline? Is seriously a big add-on to the picture.

Thank you! I like Tristan in the sunglasses, too. I'm glad you like it, I'm just tickled to death with how the outline came out. It's only onward and upward from here!

*gigglesnort* Those are hopefully going to be sunglasses once I get them colored - he insisted on green-tinted aviator shades - but right now, paired with flippy-hair Joey who bears a startling (and not completely unintentional) resemblance to Roger, they make him look like Mark from RENT. XD
