The P-40 is one of my favorite WWII fighter planes, along with the Do 335.

my personal fave would be a tie between the P-38, P-51, Messerschmitt Me-109 (i apologize if i spelled that wrong... i cant spell to save my 6 o'clock), B-25, and the A-26

sweet... im still tryin 2 fgiure out wat im gonna name my plane... im building a plane for a school project but idk wat im gonna name it... or even wat to paint on the nose for nose art... :S... if i had a gf i'd name it after her... but god and/or bad luck seems to like to screw with me and i can never seem to get one... at least i have flyin 2 let me excape for an hour or two every now and again...

lol, yeah thats why you practice, the more you practice the better you will get. Of course you start out by practicing drawing lips, ears, eyes from both magazines and pictures to real people.

Remember what markings it was wearing as far as U.S. or Chinese etc? There's a P-40 that usually turns up at Wings Over Houston that wears the Flying Tigers markings.

Nope I dont think that it has tiger markings we actually had two of them I know one of them came from New Zeland.
