I know the animation is very ropey looking, I was going for 'moving painting' but it just looks wobbly. ;-;
Frames drawn and coloured in Paint Tool SAI, additional editing and animation done in Photoshop

I see what you mean about the jumpiness but I think it works for the most part. The only place it was distracting for me was the two water trails in the back; they ebb and flow together. Having them move separately might give a more natural feel. P: Also I actually like the way the marks on the water move--they go with the beat of the tune.
