Another tough one. Neptune's got a lovely dress but it's tricky to draw when your figure is so short. I know that when I do a full version of this it'll be easier to do.I decided to keep her eyes this way because she's got different eyes than the other senshi. I like that about her. The hair was tough due to her design of the dress but I can handle hair.
