Description a gentleman from Germany, promised to show me pics of his RAH(Real Action Heroes) Motoko Kusanagi figure more than a year ago. Ever since then I've forgotten all about it, until I was surprised this morning with his fine gesture of actually fulfilling his promise.
In my opinion, it is rare to find people online who would actually go through all the trouble of keeping their word, even for small things

So my friend this is for you, pics of my own prized Ghost in the Shell figures The shapely VMF figure and the smaller but oh-so poseable figure that came with the Goodmile Chogokin Tachikoma. Full view Please!

I thought that they'd look great together in a portrait, especially since tiny Motoko is perfectly scaled as bigger Motoko's doll

And in case you're wondering, I just took their photos while on my glass center table, for some reason the backgrounds look like they were shot in a photo studio

Niiice. But the world needs more action figures of the Major that doesn't cost an arm and a leg

Thank you very much.

Those are very nice figures and I like the idea of the "Motoko-Doll".
After all she can take control of remote units, so better be carefull around that toy.
She is the perfect "Puppet-master"
The background came out nice too. Sometimes coincidences create the best effects.

No problem at all, and thanks as well!

Oh and I'm careful with them alright Mini Motoko is like one of those expensive Japanese ball jointed dolls. Except she's less delicate

Sexy. Love the facial sculpts. Hard to find an anime female that doesn't have a generic face.

Too bad there are only a few action figures of her in the market. Why Japan just keeps on churning out tons of moeblob figures is beyond me.

I love the sizing of these two figures is perfect for this.
Good posing! I'm glad to see others taking pictures of their toy collection pieces. I find they are fun to pose and photograph.

Also, you can't go wrong with Motoko. She's made of cool.

Correct on all accounts. She demands an arm and a leg but the price you pay is worth it

I liked her in the TV show best. In the movie, Motoko felt a little too removed from humanity and almost depressed, which is something that I don't pick up at all in Stand Alone Complex, where she is more outgoing.

Yeah, the series wasn't too philosophical as the movie, which is why I enjoyed it more. And the rest of her team members get more fleshed out. and I are marathoning the series now. X3
