This is absolutely lovely. I really like the composition of the piece and the outfit is absolutely adorable! For some reason when I first saw this piece the first thing I thought Donnie Darko when I saw the thumbmail XD. The soft contrasts in this picture are very lovely the teal and the pink really offset the rest of the monochrome colors. Very fun I'd love to see more pics!

thank you! the rest of the shoot is up on my flickr. I'm crazy about that teal cabinet. I'd painted it with the intent to eventually sell it, but now I'm attached to it.

Ive thought about it! Except that right now my technique is to carve away the outside, cast that, then put the new cast inner part into the other mold. It works okay, but for complex bones like the ribcage, I'm not sure how i would do that.

Hmmm... Yeah. That would be double the headache. Doing the ribcage would be initially harder but yield an awesome-looking outcome! But the legs and arms would be easier to do, but wouldn't look as good at angles since you have to account for the passage of elastic. And now I'm thinking too hard!
