This is amazing modelling! I really can't wait to see the finished model. BTW, I would like to ask for your advice on Organic Modelling.
I am fairly confident in doing hard surface modelling in 3ds Max. Now, I want to learn organic modelling. So, would you recommend first starting with 3ds Max and then shifting to ZBrush? Or would you recommend starting directly from ZBrush?

I had better luck starting with Zbrush, but that's because I'm a traditional sculptor. Zbrush mimics the feel of clay which feels more natural when you're creating something organic. Creating it in Max is different since you're using more square shapes. I have the bridgeman life drawing book: [link] he draws his forms in blocks and that helps a lot if you decide to try it in Max.

Wow... the texture really starts to bring him to life (armless, legless life, but life nonetheless!) I'm so impressed... three-dimensional work is so hard (digital and old-school) and you are so amazing at both!

I have... but I couldn't get them to blend together. I'll probably start this guy over from scratch, but i need to get some more ram first.
