Hiruzen Umenokouji was once a salaryman working in Kyoto. When he heard that Richard Frollo had announced the V-Force program, he had to quit his job in order to volunteer. The V-Force program gave him superpowers that men could only dream of. Since then, Victoryman has moved to Tokyo in order to defend it from threats such as the Yakuza. He now enters the Musou Budokai in order to defend the world from the Azure Triangle.

Fighting Style: In addition to gaining superpowers from the V-Force program, Victoryman practices judo in his spare time. This makes him quite an opponent to deal with in the ring.
