Once per turn, during your End Phase, you can pay 600 LP: Choose 1 Spell card from your Deck, then Set it in your Spell & Trap Card Zone.
**Monster Effect:
Once per turn: You can discard 1 card to Β negate the activation of a Spell card and destroy it. This card gains 300 ATK for each Dragon-type monster on the field and in the Graveyard(s). If this card in your possession is sent to your Graveyard by your opponent's card effect: You can Special Summon 1 Level 8 or lower DARK Dragon-type or Spellcater-type Fusion monster from your Extra Deck (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon).

Here's an updated version and some fixes.
[Pendulum Effect]

[Monster Effect]
Once per turn: If a Spell Card is activated, you can discard 1 card; negate its activation, and if you do, destroy it.
