"Outgrowing their straw coat, they make a new armor out of weaved twigs. They are generally found protecting Butraw from predators."
Evolves from Butraw[link] at lv 18 and then into ?????????? at lv 37. Not a Grass Starter.
Twiglet is based on a pig, as well as the second pig in the tale of the Three Little Pigs, who built his house out of Twigs.

I really love the concept of The Three Little Pigs as pokΓ©mon. Do you still intend on doing the final evolution?
My personal idea for a name is Bortar/Boartar (Boar + mortar), but it is your idea. Can't wait to see it, if/when it comes.

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it; I thought it was a clever concept myself, back in the day.
And I may revisit these pigmons some day. I had a final evolution designed, but then had another design... And then, honestly, looking back on this, while the concept was there, I clearly didn't have the best execution. I may come back one day, redesign this and the straw pig (probably nothing drastic, just make them look more acceptable to my eyes) and provide a fitting final evo. Who knows, I just might make the wolf too!

In regards to the wolf concept, flying-type would be perfect for several reasons, all of which I'm sure you're aware of: "huff, puff, blow" would entail flying type and flying is super effective to grass, but weak to rock, which lines up with the story of The Three Little Pigs. The wolf couldn't blow down the house of bricks and rock is super effective to flying. So everything falls into place really.
