Description Last stage - oultine with UV inhibitor... which shows up as BLACK under Blacklight.

Very weird to paint "black" while using an absolutely clear paint.

A paying client!!
They provided the mannequin... and let me come up with a couple of "looks" - of which they chose their favorite.
