Gorilla-like arms/legs. So basically big arms with smaller legs, aside from that, I don't really want any gorilla features xD
"FANCY AS FUCK" keeps popping up in my head when I imagine it wearing clothes. And for some reason I imagine it having a few facial piercings. Though you can skip them if they make it feel off.
Venomous spines that launch out of it's arms/hands seems to be something that pops into my head. And venomousness in general. 
Once again I went overboard :'D And I totally forgot about the launching of venomous spines from the arms/hand ;-; You can say they shoot out the bottom of its giant hands? >_>;
I think my favorite part is the heat pit piercings lol

When you think about it, all these creatures in Fiction that either have jaws that take up 50% of it's total length or are more or less all head would need to have a digestive tract where the mouth, stomach, and intestines were all combined into a single organ.

Well Xigos has a body, it's just usually curled up behind and between the large forelimbs. I imagine the large head is more for show than for actually eating. Though, if you look at whales, who have humongous heads and jaws, they still have a fully functional digestive tract, so it's not an (heh) alien concept that this species could have one as well despite such large jaws!
