Description Taken in August on Ruhnu an island situated in the Gulf of Riga in the Baltic Sea. It belongs to Estonia and is an administrative part of Saare County. At 11,9 kmΒ² it has currently less than 100, mostly ethnic Estonian permanent inhabitants.
Comments and critique welcomed.

Another wonderful Ruhnu photo. The colors are splendid. I really enjoy the dark purple of the sky with the green seaweed (I belive it is seaweed anyway) because the colors set each other off well. Even the small bits of red in the seaweed and the small orange streak in the sky stand out once you get past the larger colors. The water looks so peaceful.

Thank you so much for the comment. Yes it's seaweed and it's been washed up onto the beach by the big waves during the day. The winds settled for the evening and everything became so peaceful and beautiful.
