PS: I'm not sure if it's Kazusa, and if it's CK ad, but I definitely remember what the ad look like, and there's definitely a yaoi mangaka that was quit/sued because she uses the similar ad

I think it was Kazusa, because she did 4 illustrations and one of them was a guy in the Conri's pose, with a mess around him (It0s what I remember, maybe I'm wrong but I think it was Kazusa) I think it's a little stupid, because they didn't trace it, they look a good pose and drew it... but I don't know nothing about legal issues ;__; sooo...

Ah iya lupa. Harusnya mah ga masalah kalo ngambil pose dari foto, toh Inoue Takehiko juga ngambilin pose dari foto2 NBA buat Slam Dunk-nya. Fans2nya Youka Nitta juga bilang sah2 aja kalo dia nyontek pose. Doski emang sempet di-ban, tapi sekarang udah nerusin komiknya lagi kalo ga salah. Yg baru jadi kasus itu kalo nyontek dari gambar lain.

yg dipake youka nitta itu foto komersil, untuk iklan, bukan adegan basket yg umum. Lho fans bilang begitu memangnya mereka yg punya foto? Yg punya foto kan yg bikin iklan/yg diiklankan/fotografernya jadi ya tergantung mereka. Kalo dari mereka memang ga boleh ya itu hak mereka. Fotografi itu juga art, dan yg seperti itu bisa dianggap art theft (model itu mahal loh, foto kaya gitu keluar duit juga, jadi kalo bukan stock photo mendingan jangan)
