edit 13: it was inevitable...I went ahead and changed her ref once again. I’m always never satisfied with casual wear but not this time, lol. Also I modified her costume a bit.

for her casual wear, I was trying to make it modest but...more urban at the same time? I thought in Japan, a lot of people there don’t show off their bodies like that. Nori wants to, but her mom is overprotective with that kind of stuff so if she wore something too short or smth, she has this long sweater that helps.

Personality: Mainly calm and level headed most of the time. Open minded and up for just about anything. She felt like an only child due to the thirteen year age difference between her and Rin, and was used to being a loner and working alone as well. Prefers to work alone. Because at the end of the day, you can only count on you and not someone else like other heroes. During that time, her and her sister she was raised to go for something if she wanted it.

Flaws: Apathetic. Her calmness can lead to her appearing non-remorseful to another person eye. She rarely asks for help, even if it's obvious that she needs it. A huge relief to the parents, right?

Throughout grade school, Noriko was teased due to her skin tone, and height as she was a bit taller than everyone else and she’d come home crying or upset because someone at school was always messing with her. Parents attempted to get the school to do something about it but it made the bullying worse if anything. She’d tend to skip school by pretending to make her way to the station but as soon as her parents left for work, she went right back to the house. Parents noticed and Lulu had to leave her job to pull Nori out and homeschool her all through the middle grades. While she was there, she was taught English and that’s how she was fluent in that language. She keeps it up by speaking it at home.

Noriko wanted to make use of her quirk a little bit more than her hobby. She had witnessed a couple fights in the big city b/t some hero and a villain. Imagined it to be herself just as much too. Especially since at the end of the day, only you can save yourself. A hero isn't always there to protect you. She also thought, just maybe she can be one of the first darker skinned people in the top tier of heroes. She wanted to inspire other people that may not have those typical features. So after junior high, she was placed in one the two hero courses, thanks to her wide rage of how to manipulate her quirk.

-They first made contact during remedial season, where she was a volunteer “license specialist” as she made one of the higher scores for her hero license, and was assigned to a couple of class 1-A kids who failed. The three of them chose a place after classes and Nori’s job there, was to give out pointers and suggestions, work on their weaknesses. But, boy. those boys were the most difficult to work with.
-He saw her once from the year she was in the sports festival(she made it to the battle tournament during her first year) she kind of reminded him of himself due to having a couple of the same qualities such as lack of teamwork, because two wrongs make a right. also she's kinda a quiet and reserved version of him and she feels like he understands her nature because well...ppl are dumb lol
-She knows about him because he’s an angry boi not to mention he's been on the news and all
-Rocky Start. She develops a little crush on him, despite his attitude. As time went on, she even would look around the general areas to see if he was there. That’s how easy he was on the eyes.
-Katsuki, however doesn't want to admit it at all and even goes as far as telling Kirishima and his other "associates" that he didn't care about some female and had to keep an eye on the prize. Noriko overhears them saying this sometime after school. she felt dumb herself because like...what else did she expect from this dude. But at the same time, under that explosive personality, he could be calm just like he-- WRONG.
-Nori just kinda avoided him for a while until she ran into him and was still salty about what she eavesdropped. He claims he lied to the guys(bakusquad) to get them off his case and indirectly said that she wasn't "that bad".
-The two were in the talking stage, keeping things lowkey for a semester. A lot of their dates were after school or at one of their houses. then came out as boyfriend/girlfriend on Noriko's very last semester at UA

-First year sports festival opponent She lost to but she took it well. They are friendly to each other.

-bad start as well. She ended up meeting nori somewhere in between the two different schools. Nori was looking at some work from Todoroki and Bakugo and Camie has a liking for nori’s different textured hair, so she thought it would be neat to touch it. Bad idea, considering that Nori HATES having her hair touched.
-Fortunately, Nori simmers down relatively quick and apologized for her random outburst and introduced herself.
-Despite their corresponding schools being rivals, that didn’t separate these two. Both of them had interests in western culture, and liked aesthetically pleasing things.

Quirk Descriptions: Paint manipulation. Can change the physical form of any paint.

Pros: Has four types of offense attacks she can use.

Paintball: main attack is shooting paint drops from the fingers. Drops are more like paint balls that shoot as fast as 1400 fps. Her type is a special type where they don't break the skin at high speeds and the most pain the opponent gets is a fracture.
  Polypropylene: Can manipulate the paint to where it's braided like a polypropylene rope. Used as a capture weapon in combat but she sometimes uses it as a third arm for recreational uses.
  Epoxy: where she still shoots out regular looking paint but this time it hardens like cement once it touches a surface.
Spray Paint: Her palms are like two spray cans and is more of a stealth weapon.
The styles itself are thorough on its own. Not much of an attack itself but she can make dry paint wet, and vice versa.
All attacks can reach up to about 5 miles (8km). It also makes a beautiful mess.
Cons: Once the user is finished, the paint leaves the skin dry, and even cracks if they fight with it for too long.. Little above the average speed of a paintball gun.

Drawbacks: If the user runs out of their personal main supply, they were screwed for the most part. They keep nail polish on as a backup. They have to drink a lot of liquids to expand the consistency of the substance.

Limits: One 100 ml tube can go through one fight with a villain on average. The user usually carries 9 tubes, so they are prepared. As far as their body goes, Noriko has very dry skin so it takes about 10 minutes before the skin dries, 12 before it cracks.

Tools: They have to carry test tubes of fresh paint on their upper arm & leg, as well as the belt for easy paint access. The helmet is the same design paintball places use. Mainly for protection of the face, as the quirk can activate by accident if she happens to get paint there, if she has it on her hands which is like 95% of the time
