These shoes were a custom order for Oliver in the United Kingdom. He requested these two images of Calvin and Hobbes. I painted the sides a light orange and the "Calvin and Hobbes" comic logo on the heels.β₯The shoes have been done with paint only, using very fine brushes.
β₯The shoes have been sealed, therefore will resist water and dirt.

Not that I don't like the shoes (and I'm a guy, so I hardly ever think about footwear), but you should know that using Calvin and Hobbes on clothing is, technically, illegal. The comic was never syndicated to where it could be used in clothes, toys, etc. like Garfield.

I've only created one pair of these shoes, and intend to keep it that way. ONE person requested for me to paint this on a pair of shoes for them. I am not mass producing Calvin and Hobbes shoes and making a large profit from them.
