Description This is a 17th century style leather bound journal with 90lb. watercolor paper for the text block. It contains hand marbled paper for the end sheets and hand sewn headbands that are patterned black and red.
The leather is a rich chocolate brown goats skin and contains a beautiful grain.
The cover is fitted with decorative embellishments pertaining to Lycanthropy including an inset centerpiece and an inset moon phase. The inscriptions are written in ancient Runes text.
The head of the book is fitted with a bookmark chain that is anchored with a silver bullet.
The books finished size is 7.5x11. The inside text block is 7.25x10.75 and is 1.5 inches thick.

Thanks for the nice comment. This one took me about three weeks from concept to completion. The supplies for this probably cost me about $60.
I sold it for over $200

It takes years of practice. It is not so hard to do, it is just a lot of steps creativity, and patience involved.

You Tube has some tutorials and the Library has some great bookbinding books. The older ones are better.
