i like that you've drawn this pokemon as a hipster, complete with the goatee, the strange cap, the flan shirt, the flipper shoes, the classic scarf, and the essential hipster glasses...
he's hip-tastic!
his face expression as a pokemon matches with the ''sleepy, calm pretentiousness of a hipster, and therefore it makes this picture even funnier!
also, its worth mentioning, that this drawing was created MANY years before ''pokemon GO'', so, for one thing, you've predicted and you've made a successful joke on nintendo's latest installment/game!
