Thx man I couldn't remeber the actors name that played the Joker. He was the best and I think the only person that can be the Joker.
forgive the misspelling didn't this on the fly.

Awestruck!! I did the same portrait, in pencil, nearly 20 years ago when the first Michael Keaton film came out!!
Excellent piece of work, BTW

It depends on the drawing and the amount of time I have to invest in it. The Joker drawing took me 3 weeks, but I was only working on it like 15 minutes a day, if even that. There were a lot of days I couldn't work on it at all. I suppose if I could invest an entire day to a drawing I could probably finish most of them in 48 hours (that would be working non stop) Some drawings I could knock out faster, like those with very little hair, hair always slows me down, so does blocking in dark areas. Cat womanβs face only took me about 15 minutes, but her dark suit took many hours to fill in.

Wow, it's no wonder they're that detailed. On my few, I probably spent maybe 5 hours on them before I become frustrated with it and start another one. I can't stay focused on one for that length of time.

Very nice character indeed. Though I think Batman2 was just a bit more fun. Just as long as we don't mention the rubbish that followed after that we're okay though. The first two simply just are great movies! And you did a great job at giving him the creepyfactor he needs! Excelent work.

The only thing that I can say besides it's wonderful is that the shadows under the nose (where the filtrum is) are a bit too hard. I took a a peek at the reference you sent me and even though the cast shadow is pretty hard on there I would soften that edge a bit. Just to pull attention away from it. It's the first thing I look at. I love the texture of the skin. that water color paper really helps out I bet! this is an awesome piece. You should do batman now!

Thanks for the tips. Batman (Michael Keaton) and Catwoman (Michelle Pfeiffer) are on my list. I also need to draw the Batmobile from the first movie, because my son is obsessed with that car.
