This is card #57 of the Dynasty of Decay set.
This card is the founder of the eponymous Opal Organization, a veteran of countless wars committed to ending conflict through means that did not leave as much ruin as the conflict itself. Having gone through the formation of the group until its very end, her reaction to the schism started by Hyalina was of somber grief-seeing her organization fall to the same chaos they swore to contain contributed to her demise almost as much as the civil war did.
