● 6 or less: Draw 1 card, then banish 1 card from your hand or field.
● 7+: Add 1 of your banished Fairy monsters to your hand.

Lore: You can pay 700 LP; immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon 1 "Cybel" monster, but you cannot Tribute or Link Summon monsters for the rest of the turn. If this card is banished by the effect of a Fairy monster, or a "Cybel" card: You can activate this effect; during the next Standby Phase, Special Summon 1 "Cybel" non-Tuner from your Deck, then banish 1 card from your hand or GY. You can only use each effect of "Vanaglori, Discontent Cybeling" once per turn.
