No haha, as of right now I only attend Texas conventions local to the DFW area due to lack of travel money ;w; The only conventions this costume has debuted at so far is A-Kon 24 and Animefest 2013. There's many other arcanine quads other cosplayers have made so maybe you just confused mine for theirs haha~

Does he have those 'follow me' eyes? The ones that move when the head moves? I never understood those eyes and the scare the heck outta me XD

He was supposed to but I made his irises out of resin so it ruined the effect ;w; welp, now I know that won't work haha It...kinda? works xD but not really pfff I actually like the following eyes, it just really depends on the style of the eyes :3

Looks like :3 I saw someone wearing a Toothless the nightfury costume with the eyes and that was the first time I saw those eyes and it scared the cuss outta me XDD

Ohh... I'm sorry you didn't get to see him! D: I think it's because I wasn't able to wear him all too much as for wandering around the con.... I was only able to wear it for about half an hour on Friday, the Cosplay Contest (as well as wandering around abit after) on Saturday, and the Pokemon Photoshoot on the second floor on Sunday. .n.
BUT if you're local to Texas cons, I'll be going to Animefest at the end of this month! And I'll be sure to wear him more, especially on Saturday! ;D

I came on the end of the day Friday, all day Saturday, but we didn't go on Sunday. I guess that's why.
I'm not going to Animefest, but I am going to Oni-Con in Galveston in October. Are you going to that one?

Galveston's pretty far off.. ;; I lack the moneys for too much travel so I try to stay around the Dallas area when it comes to cons... except there's a 50% chance of me going to Ikkicon in December, so maybe there? If things don't work out I'll be bringing Arcanine back to A-Kon next year if that helps! ;w;

Actually, by the time I started my Arcanine there were only 2 other quadsuits of it in existence but since I took my time on it (pff 11 months) alot of other quadsuits started showing up.. uwu; And good luck on your quads! Your work is really wonderful! ;D

This is all sorts of amazing! It must have been really tiring to walk around like that. The eyes look a little unfocused from the side profile, but definitely look more menacing when seen from the front.

Yea, there's alot of little problems with this quad ;7; I tried attempting to combine hand painted resin eyes with foamies "following" eyes but that didn't turn out all too well but hey, it was just to try it out and now I know it won't work. uwu'
