You're quite welcome! This piece was very well done and the subject matter tickled my fancy.

The pose, balance, and energy in this piece are exquisite.
And then to realize that you did all that with a toad??!!??!!
Sheer delight!
BTW -- have you ever seen Rupert and the Frog Song?

Thanks very much! I have a couple of other poses sketched up based on references. The forms translated surprisingly well.
Haven't seen Rupert and the Frog Song. Rupert as in the little white bear Rupert?

Your watercolor skills are definitely improving. I like your use of color and lighting.

I'm definitely able to work in a much more controlled manner with the watercolor these days. :3 Thanks. Lighting is one of the many things I'm trying to work on. Also, BACKGROUNDS.

It's not everyday when you get to see a toad perform ballet. I love the color choice. It's such a fascinating illustration.

You been hangin' out with the wrong toads, then. Thanks! I'm actually quite pleased with the colors myself... had to adjust them in Photoshop since I have not-the-greatest scanner, but it's pretty close to the original. There's just a couple things I'm unhappy with now that I'm looking at it on screen, so it may get touched up and re-upped later.
