My wrist has fallen of from all the shading and it has more layers then cloud atlas, but another commission done, this time for icey-wicey-1517 who wanted to see Merula Snyde from the Hogwarts Mystery game.

In their final school-year at Hogwarts, Penny and Rowan decide to both indulge a bit in some rather deviant divination with the help of some tomes and artifacts crafted by wizards and witches o̶f̶ ̶g̶r̶e̶a̶t̶ ̶c̶u̶l̶t̶u̶r̶e̶ of questionable decency. And who better to test it on then on the school best witch and most arduous bully, Merula Snyde?

So, they tricked the arrogant slytherin into wearing the Collar of Submischief. Once fitted around the neck of a (un)fortunate candidate, it can only be opened by it's owners. No magic or tool can pry it open. It can even shape shift the tiniest bit as not to draw too much suspicion, changing into stylish chokers or even a necklace. But it's true purpose is revealed when it's owner(s) recite the incantation to start ''playtime''. Then, the Collar summons several magical cuffs that hunt down and capture who-ever is wearing it! They wont stop and tire, running is useless. Then, the restrained individual is quickly and neatly carried to where-ever the fun is bound to happen, and the madness can commence

All of this would be bad enough for poor Merula, who has been wearing the collar for much longer then to her liking, but to make matters worse Penny and Rowan found a book bristling with playful tickle torture magic, and they are very keen on trying every last hex, curse and spell.

The school's motto is to never tickle a sleeping dragon, but no such thing holds up for smug witches :>
