Hi all

First and probably final post of this godforsaken year. I figured with DA's new style, a journal would get lost. So basically, for those interested, this is a quick status update with a little preview of Sketchy 3, and for those not interested, its just a little bit of tiggle smut. Gotta love that steampunk theme, so many needless details for a masochist pencil wielder like me. I hope you like it!

So, for those who keep on reading, a super quick recap. I won't trouble you too much with the ever-present internetdrama that every fetish loving artist seems to tumble into at some point in their degenerate excistence!

As we all know Covid-19 is thing and altough I dont care at all about the virus itself (I actually had a light throat-infection just when all hell broke loose so i spend a bit in quarantine at the beginning, but got out well), I do care about the things it ruined me with.

In a nutshell;
- Prior to april I had been waiting for almost a year to start therapy to rewire some of the issues I have in my brain. Accompanying that therapy would be help and finetuning of the skittles that I take each day that keep me stable. Corona then came in, shutting down all (mental and regular) healthcare, and so I had to wait for another 6 months.
- I was already in a severe burnout from my dayjob which, beginning 2019, had almost destroyed itself with weird bosses waging war on each other and taking the way too loyal staff with them.
- And to top it all off, due to corona many of my ''non-fetish'' illustration jobs, including a really big one which I had worked for almost a year at that point, were put in the freezer-and with it, my chance of being paid for them. This was/is a huge portion of my income and I lost all that in a blink.

All of the above combined led to me going into hermit mode. I needed space and rest which I had denied myself for a long time and despite having lived in poverty for a year, I have made ends meet and am now picking up the pieces again, with new work and all that. I also finally have the mental room and energy to draw again, so, being carefully optimistic, I have picked up the projects I was working on, and am going to try and finish them now.

First on the list is Mythological Mayhem!

So thanks for all of you who have read this far. I'm doing alright and if you are just here for the fetish and not for my life story, then why on earth are you still reading this???

But I still appreciate it. Here's an old quick little doodle I never finished to compensate you for your struggles.

Stay tuned, and take care everyone. 2020 is almost over. I doubt 2021 will be a lot better, but at least there's a tiny bit of progress, and hopefully Ill be cheering to you, my watchers, at a cafe with way too expensive Belgian ale somewhere this summer!;D
