This is truly good photo.
The placing the cat this way caught my very attention, also I think it wouldn't be focused better - it gives nice depth to the photo!
Still, I'm missing on the shot what the cat was there to look for (that may be just me), but since you explained it, I like it this way...

Wow thank you. This is actually my neighbors cat trying to sneak into our yard with out our cats noticing. Our cats were inside so she didn't need to worry. But thank you very much, I have never had some one write such an inside analysis of my work, I would be honored to have you do more analysis on my other stuff.
