Finally got ahold of a scanner now I am back at uni.This is my half of a little, digimon-themed trade I did with Her half was so wonderful and pretty and she did two! I feel kind of bad for only drawing this... maybe if I have time I will do another. I only had watercolour pencils in about 5 colours when I did this so it's a little vibrant. The scanner also killed it so I had to photoshop it loads to try to make it better... I hope it's ok. When I tilt my screen it's so horrifically messy... I hope that doesn't show on anyone else's. I'm so tired I couldn't edit it any more but I felt I HAD to upload it. sorry. ;;
I'm not sure whether to be proud or ashamed that I got her entire design right without looking at a single reference. Or that I did this entire thing without using a single drop of water..... lets just say I had a green tongue afterwards...
Anyway, hope you like Neko, you're feeling down atm so I hope this at least brings a smile to your face c:

This is so brilliant, aaah! I absolutely love how you've drawn her with a sleek, feline look to her over the chubby official version, it gives her far more edge, as do those gloves
She's got such an impish, devious face on her, It's like... not over-the-top big-eye cute, and I LOVE that! (I mean, don't get me wrong, it's quite obvious I love cute too, but it's so refreshing to see her without the sparklyeyeschan)
Love that tail too, the way it sweeps across is as if she's trying to strike someone or if she's jumping, it just adds an extra dynamic air to it :3

thanks so much, I'm glad you like it. ^.^ Like I said I drew her off the top of my head so she sort of came out more in my style than the official, cutesy one. I guess that was a good plan!
also, I just really kind of like the idea of her as sort of evil, too... so that's why I made her look kind of menacing. *dork*
