Dislikes: Her height, people making fun of her height, being a girl, clowns.

Strengths:: As said in the reference, Zabin's short stature and experience of running in a bulky dress has increased her agility when Zabin was given a much lighter uniform. Zabin can also squeeze into tight spots and dodge quite easily because of her height. Watch out when she has her ray gun out, too. She's got an amazing eye when it comes to aiming.

Weaknesses:: Because of Zabin's height, she has a huge disadvantage when it comes to physical combat since she can't even reach some of her opponents. Also, being a citizen of the late 19th century, she is technologically impaired and is not quite used to 31st century gadgets. She's still confused on how cellphones work, if you still want to get the general idea. Zabin is also a victim to blind rage and can go out of control when extremely pissed. What pisses her off? When people do not take her seriously.

Story: In the year 3017, criminals have spawned to the point that they have almost brought complete destruction to the planet Earth. Devastated about the Earth's bleak future, a man named Mr. Hugo established an organization of bounty hunters to capture these criminals and bring the Earth to peace, or at least give it a better future than before.

Because bounty hunters and people of justice have greatly decreased in population (criminal population: 4 billion, hero population 10,000), Mr. Hugo used a time machine to send people from different time periods (French revolution, World War II, Ancient Egypt, Victorian era, etc.) into the future to help save the Earth.

Winifred K. Frederickson was one of those 'lucky' people. Winifred lived during the times after the American Civil War as the daughter of a wealthy family. Winifred was thrown into the 31st century and was given a choice whether to be given a life of adventure in the future or a life of normalcy in her time. With the obvious answer of staying in the 31st century, Winifred was given a new identity as a part of the organization to restore Earth to its former glory.

Now Zabinokoffojemson (or Zabin), she was given a robot named J.E.B to assist her in capturing the dangerous criminals. It should be noted that criminals are given a sort of price in their capture depending on how dangerous they are. Their reward for capture increases as they become more dangerous. You can imagine which kind of criminals Zabin wants to capture. And so, Zabin begins her adventure as she leaves behind her boring life and strives to be filthy rich.
