this is my first portrait commission. it took about 3 days to make, which is about a record for me. i had a lot of fun doing it, and her grandmother was very pleased when i delivered it. it's 8.5"x11" on bristol, mechanical pencil. thanks for looking!Related content

it's sooooo cute...how did you get the hair to stick up. yes stupid question I know. I'm attempting to draw my sister as a baby but she had crazy static hair...It's really annoying...so sad that even as a baby she annoys me

Wow, mechanical pencil. Amazing work. I love the smoothness, the expression, the believability of your piece. I've kind'a been wondering what it would be like to work on it...I used to only use regular copy paper, but now I'm using Hard White Drawing paper, which is a major improvement from that. Was just curious.
