CS2 (one of the earlier versions) is actually free now, but the others you have to buy. Photoshop elements is a bit cheaper, but also more limited, but if you want something free, try Gimp. (never used it myself though)

D'awwww. Adorable. Zuko's un-scarred eye looks a little off somehow. Too wide/visible for the angle, maybe? They're both pretty cool, though. I love their poses and expressions. Azula is has the high ground and is looking fabulous as always. Zuko is catching up, though, and looking somehow defiant and noble at the same time.
