I am actually quite charmed by your work on this piece. While I know nothing of Naruto, I am familiar with the manga style art; and your added realism to it is nothing short of fantastic.
Just keep up the awesome work, which shouldn't be hard as it looks like it flows from you as abundantly as a river.

This is very nicely done!
I like how you combined the dinstict lineart of the anime's style with the smooth shading and cross-hatching (I absolutely love what you do on backgrounds here...) Tha faces and expressions are perfect and you can easily tell the age difference without even looking at the respective clothes and hair lenght, so, really, good job!
The only parts that don't convince me stand in the blackiest parts and in the hair, expecially on the older Naruto. The black part of the forehead protector is not as blended and cross-hatched as the other parts, you can easily see that the streaks were made only in a direction and it makes it look less refined than the other parts. The hair just above the forehead share almost the same problem. I know it can't show in the anime (because of flat colouring) or in the manga (because of the absence of colour and, in colour pages, to small dimensions) but I suppose his hair would divide in some strands even if it doesn't come down to cover the forehead in that place, so maybe I would add some shadows to give the idea of different strands of hair better.
Other than that, as I said, it's a very good work! ^^

haha, two narutos. Very well done, The shading, especially on the faces is very good. Did this take a long time? It looks like it did. And the background is amazing!
