Description
Loki eating one of Iduna's apples of immortality. Technically, since in Thor 2 Loki vaguely (and deliciously sarcastically) eludes to an Asgardian lifespan, I suppose they're apples of longevity, but I think you'll all agree 'Immortality' beats 'Longevity' for an epic title.
A shout-out with thanks to for motivating me to do something more in realism
This isn't exactly how I wanted it to work out, but I decided to finish before I started hating this thing, heh. Maybe one day I'll improve it and submit again

Great job! The colours and skin texture are both great! I have some cool references for colouring skin and adding some texture to the skin, I thought I'll share them with you, maybe you'll find them helpful as well

They are basically for longevity... and stamina, and strength, and stuff.
And they keep the Asgardians 'Young'.

This is awesome! Beautiful colouring(again) and shading, and DAMN that apple looks juicy!
Love the concept too, i'm sure he keeps a stash of those apples around to keep him self topped up on awesomeness! The chin drips and the reflected lighting on the underside of the apple really draw you in, definitely my favourite detail of the piece!

I have a 15 piece commission on the go at the moment that i'm only on the third painting for, so thats taking up a lot of my time.Β
Personal projects wise though, i've started a painting of Oliver Queen, I'm going to do it as a stand alone painting but I have grand plans of being able to incorporate it into my Felicity painting along with Diggle, so I can make a full blow Team Arrow painting eventually(still pressuring you to watch this show!). Who knows if it will actually work though!
I'm up for a promotion at work at the moment too so i'm pretty much killing myself there too, think I might die of exhaustion if I manage to get everything done that I want too!
